Rachel was SUCH an amazing coach while I was training for my half!!! I told her my goal was to run sub 2 hours, and she wrote the perfect 4x a week plan that helped me achieve that goal! For over a decade, I lived with chronic hip pain. In 2020, I underwent surgery to repair a labral tear and my IT band, but recovery was much slower than expected. Even after completing physical therapy, I was still in pain and unsure how to move forward.
A chiropractor encouraged me to find another physical therapist, so I reached out to Rachel, whom I knew from college and had followed on Instagram. Her posts about chronic pain and holistic recovery resonated with me, and she offered to work with me virtually.
Rachel coached me through exercises over FaceTime and helped me rebuild trust in my body. Her holistic approach taught me not to fear pain, how to manage flare-ups, and how to move with confidence again. For the first time in over 10 years, I could run a mile, lift weights, and experience pain-free days. Today, six years later, I’m living the active, pain-free life I always dreamed of.
